My List of Essential Apps

Here’s a look at my current app stack as of January 2025.

These are the programs I use to keep my life and my business running smoothly.

Todoist

I use Todoist as my personal task management.

Craft

I use Craft for personal documentation and as a second brain to capture and organize my thoughts.

ClickUp

For work documentation and project management, I use ClickUp to streamline tasks and keep everything in one place.

I found that ClickUp does a lot of stuff I like that Google doesn’t.

Perplexity and ChatGPT

When I need quick answers or research assistance, I turn to Perplexity and ChatGPT.

Dropbox and Google Drive

I store personal files in Dropbox, and then I keep work-related projects stored on Google Drive.

Airtable

To manage house fire claims and the rebuild process efficiently, I use Airtable.
